The European Pain Federation is a multi-disciplinary and multi-professional organisation in the field of pain science. It represents 38 constituent national pain societies from the European and peri-European space, and puts together the efforts of over 20,000 healthcare professionals working on pain.
The EFIC 2025 Congress will include lectures, workshops and symposia, refresher courses and networking initiatives on all the pain-related domains – from basic research to daily clinical practice. This edition will put special focus on the connexions between pain and mental health disorders, and the importance of multidisciplinary care to not only alleviate the physical burden of pain, but also enhance the quality of life, physical and mental, of persons suffering pain conditions.
